How many files can I keep in a folder?

The Linux default is 1,000 files can be held within a folder before the results that appear in your FTP client (such as FileZilla) will be truncated.

When your results are truncated, not all your files will show, it will only show the first thousand, and then after that the rest will be hidden. You may request them directly, and they will show up, just won't show up by default.
