Why do my name servers not work ? Resellers

There could be a couple of reasons why your name servers don't work, both of the name servers are outlined below:

   1. The name servers have not been registered at your registrar. Please refer to your welcome email for this information and get In contact with your Registrar so they can assist you in getting these name servers setup.

   2. Your name server is something other than a .com or .net. If your name servers are anything other than the one of the two TLD extensions they may not work, as name servers will simply not be routed correctly by the TLD providers. So you want to make sure you have one of the two extensions above as your name servers.

Point 2 being more rare, but it does happen from time to time.
